Ready to get going, then let’s head to the instructions…
Instructions
Cast on multiples of seven plus two stitches for your project.
Begin the first row on the wrong side and purl the first two stitches. Then enter a repeating pattern, starting with a yarnover, slip one stitch knitwise, knit one and pass the slip stitch over, knit one, then knit two together before doing another yarnover and finishing with two purl stitches. Keep repeating this pattern until you reach the end of the row.
For the second row (and all even rows), start with a seven stitch repeating pattern of knitting two, followed by purling five stitches. Keep repeating this until you reach the last two stitches and knit two.
Start the third row by purling two stitches. Then enter a repeating pattern of knitting one, then yarnover, slip one knitwise, knit two together and pass the slip stitch over. Continue the repeat by yarning over, knitting one then finish by purling two. Continue the repeating this pattern until you reach the end of the row.
The fourth row is the same as the second row.
Once you have completed row four, continue repeating rows one till four until you have the desired size.
